Terms and Conditions
1. The price for one passenger includes 1 suitcase and 1 handbag.
2. If there is not enough space in the trunk – handbags will be placed in car’s interior.
3. If luggage is larger than allowed (1 suitcase and 1 not big handbag), additional payment can be needed.
4. Payment for luggage excess is making on a place.
5. There must be an additional place for children in booking. The price includes the installation of child seat.
6. You do not need to clarify the time of boarding for INDIVIDUAL transfers, except when you want to change the time, which was chosen in booking confirmation.
7. On the boarding spot you have to be 10-15 minutes before the time, which is indicated in voucher. You have to have prepared voucher to be on time.
8. Transfer company is not responsible for:
- clients, who were late for boarding;
- clients, lateness on a flight ;
- in situations, when client had changed the details of order and did not inform the transfer company in advance.
How to find a driver
After taking your luggage, a member of the Transfer company will wait for you in the approaching hall with the sign with your name. Please, introduce yourself and show a copy of voucher.
If you can not find a driver
If you faced with problems with finding a driver, call on hotline – +34 607 58 13 72, where an English-speaking member will help you (by callings on you need to input the international dialling code. You do not need to do it with landline).
